Come to the Arts Council M-F 9-5 through April 17th and check out Visual Riffs: Reinterpreting Jazz Masters on display in our office gallery.
Visual Riffs is an exhibition organized by Sam Goldenberg and Debbie Hesse that juxtaposes vintage Jazz Master Albums, original album cover artwork by Bruce Gillespie, an artist with Downs Syndrome, and responsive artwork by students at Educational Center for the Arts.
You might hear something too! As part of the exhibit, a record player awaits visitors choosing from a small selection of classic jazz albums, and filling the space with sounds. Come on over!
